A car would be easier (we rented a car by the day so we didn’t pay for parking) but I am told you can circle the island by bus. I recommend the cultural Center and Pearl Harbor. We also did a catamaran cruise and snorkel. We bought the city pass through groupon which brought down some of our costs.

I did not see them. Their website may tell you more. The prices on their website reflect the prices in the store, which are excellent.

You can absolutely do both, We did both on the same day and we had a great time. We spent about two hours at the macadamia nut Farm and about 2 1/2 hours at doll. At dole remember to get the whip with fresh pineapple, you won't be sorry.
