Depends on the hike you want to take, basically trainers would be fine.

Hi, As far as I remember, the entrance fee was 7 to 10 thousand Lebanese Liras. As for walking from the entrance gate to the cedars area, it is too long. In the summer time, all vehicle …

Hi, As far as I remember, the entrance fee was 7 to 10 thousand Lebanese Liras. As for walking from the entrance gate to the cedars area, it is too long. In the summer time, all vehicle were allowed to drive up to the top where you can enter the cedars' forest.

No food allowed to be brought in. Great little restaurants on the way up or down the mountain.

A:
An hour is sufficient to get up to some of the cedars. The guides are very helpful so just tell hem what your time constraint is.
