The only lights we had were ones we brought. Also we were with a private group which had obtained special permission to be in the area at night for that event.
How do we inquire about having a celebration of life for Bill Clifton, past ower of bills scuba shack? How much notice do we need to give? How much does it cost to reserve the pavilion? How many people are allowed?
