The massive grain silo and transport terminal was one of the earliest facilities at the port when it was built in 1927. It closed in 1989 and demolition completed in February of last year.
The donation originates from the Church's Welfare Square in Salt Lake City, Utah, which provides a 178-foot grain silo, a milk and cheese processing plant, a cannery, a bakery and other facilities.
