In preparation for their domestic opening day game against the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Cubs have officially set their 26-man roster. While some players were obvious inclusions, others were more of a question.

The second phase of the Cubs’ season is set to begin, following the Tokyo Series earlier this month against the Dodgers. With Opening Day’s arrival for all of baseball, the North Siders had to reshuffle aspects of their roster on Thursday.

The televisions in Chase Field’s visiting clubhouse were set to different games playing around Major League baseball Thursday afternoon. The Cubs were already two games into their regular season play,
