Coloradan suspected of trying to set a Loveland Tesla store on fire was indicted by a federal grand jury and charged with possessing an unregistered firearm and attempted property

A federal grand jury has returned an indictment for a Northern Colorado man accused of vandalism at a Tesla Service Center in Loveland.

Cooper Jo Frederick, 24, was arrested shortly after the March 7 attack on the Colorado dealership. Authorities say Frederick allegedly set fire to several Tesla vehicles after throwing a “destructive device” at the dealership’s main building, according to court records.
