Following the AFC Championship Game, Buffalo's assistant defensive line coach Matt Edwards accepted the defensive line coach role with the Jacksonville Jaguars , per Tom Pelissero. Edwards served as the Bills' assistant defensive line coach for one season after being on the Las Vegas Raiders ' coaching staff from 2022 to 2023.

The Chiefs won the AFC Championship Game, but it cost tight end Travis Kelce a bit of money. Kelce “ was fined $11,255 by the league for unsportsmanlike conduct (taunting) in the second quarter of Sunday’s win over the Bills,” according to the NFL’s website.
