KOTA BARU: The newly proclaimed Sultan of Kelantan Sultan Muhammad V has stripped his youngest brother Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra of his royal title “Tengku Temenggong” with immediate effect.

Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra Sultan Ismail Petra took the yamin istizhar oath at the Syariah High Court here to compel his wife Manohara Odelio Pinot to be loyal and pay back RM1,112,250 owed to him.
