FOND DU LAC COUNTY – Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office is investigating a Jan. 22 crash on Interstate 41 that left one person dead. After a 911 call at about 9:32 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to the scene near Winnebago Street in the town of Friendship for a crash on the southbound lanes of the interstate involving two vehicles.
A 31-year-old Cecil man was arrested Jan. 21 on suspicion of leading Fond du Lac County deputies in a vehicle pursuit on Interstate 41.
It happened just after 9:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-41 near Winnebago Street in the town of Friendship.
