San José Police foiled a bank robbery plot by arresting two suspects for a related attempted kidnapping. They posed as federal agents to kidnap a bank employee but fled when she resisted.
Sherman Wade, 44, hasn't yet been arraigned on the charges of bank robbery and use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
