Ukrainian officials have confirmed the U.S. has partially suspended intelligence support to the country. A Ukrainian intelligence official said the pause included a halt in sharing U.S. satellite imagery through the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The president signed executive orders today offering a monthlong exemption, until April 2, for all goods covered under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement, which includes most U.S. imports from those countries.
