A mountain lion effortlessly jumped from rooftop-to-rooftop at times and over at least one fence as it roamed around a neighborhood Wednesday afternoon in Camarillo. The agile big cat was eventually tranquilized by fish and wildlife agents,

The big cat was initially seen on Lomita Street, traversed along Ponderosa Road and made its way to Pheasant Hill Road.

A mountain lion was reported in a Camarillo backyard hanging out under a playground set. When a fish and game warden tried to tranquilize the big cat, the officer missed.
