Bluesky colours are generally brighter; Bluesky top coat is glossier than CND; Most importantly, Bluesky lasts as long (if not longer) than CND shellac

Aug 30, 2011 · I've seen this "Bluesky Shellac" on t'internet today - they use the same names (Cream Puff, Clearly Pink etc) as CND Shellac, and even use the little TM sign after the Shellac! How is it their trademark to use?

Oct 11, 2011 · So recently I was looking on ebay to stock up on some of my beauty essentials and just decided to see how much shellac was going for as I wanted to get rid of a few colours that I rarely use, I then came accross 'BLUESKY SHELLAC' and apparantly its exactly the same as CND shellac, just with a different brand name?!
