Comparison of the Meso-Neoarchean crustal evolution of the Bundelkhand, Western and Eastern Dharwar cratons shows that geodynamic mechanisms, similar to modern plate-tectonic and mantle-plume mechanisms, were active in that period. Each of the cratons displays its own crust formation pattern.
