Oct 19, 2022 · Debra Ponzek has been a food icon in Greenwich for several decades as an acclaimed Chef, James Beard Foundation Award winner, and co-owner of Aux Délices with her husband, Greg Addonizio.

All four shops offer Chef Ponzek’s culinary creations, company-branded prepared foods and a unique collection of specialty foods. Imported items from France, Spain and Italy, as well as locally produced items line the shelves.

Today in 2015, she and Greg have expanded the stores to four (Darien, Greenwich, Riverside and Westport) and they have just opened a commercial kitchen in Stamford, Aux Délices Foods by Debra Ponzek, where she teaches both adults and children how to cook like herself.
