The Centre – Dhamma Salila
Dhamma Salila, meaning ‘Water of Dhamma’, lies in the Doon Valley of the Himalayas, in Dholos Village on Noon river. The Centre is 10 km from Clock Tower in Dehradun. Established in December, 1995, the centre presently holds about twenty courses a year.

A most convenient way to come from Rishikesh to Dhamma Salila is by taxi. Alternatively, the meditators from Rishikesh or Haridwar may arrive by bus to Dehradun ISBT. From ISBT to Dhamma Salila, please follow the instructions given below.

Apply Early. Please note that courses at most of the Vipassana Meditation Centers are full 1 -2 months in advance. We encourage you to apply early in order to allow time to make travel arrangements once registered.
