FYI, the 1/72 Meng F-106 kit has the 20mm gun included... I guess I will have to get that kit now. I seem to recall that 1 of the 'gawa sets had one...

And if it isn’t detailed enough for you, Meng offers finer detail in two resin part sets: No. SPS-022, Cockpit & Electronic Compartment; and SPS-023, Wheel Wells & Exhaust Nozzle.

Jan 14, 2017 · The kit comes with a full suite of missiles AND the Six-Shooter gun pack that was introduced later in the F-106's service (replacing the AIR-2 Genie missile). It's the first time I've seen the gun pack in kit form so I'd be keen to use it.

Jul 8, 2023 · The plans just show the gun pod with external tanks, missile armament is unknown. I'll be using a scheme from the proposed Long Range Interceptor variant with two Sparrows on the wing pylons and two semi conformal next to the weapons bay, with fuel inside it.
