Oct 1, 2021 · As of Tekken 7 it's Kazuya dude went against a fully powered up Heihachi and won afterwards it was Akuma and the dude wasn't even exhausted. Now before TK7 it was Jin, defeated true ogre both his father and grandfather and Azazel and survived. Forgot to mention Kazuya survived a flipping satellite beam and mastered his devil form.

Sep 17, 2022 · Kazuya is more 50/50 than Jin, and for competitive scenes you typically want consistency. Jin has literally every tool, he’s a jack-of-all-trades character. In the hands of a pro player that can use all of those tools to respond to situations, that’s a huge positive.

Kazuya can do i13 electric and can do them from crouch with having to crouch cancel because of his mistep. These are probably the main differences. Jin and Kaz have similar moves and a lot of overlap but there moves tend to function different. Kaz has Mishima stuff Jin doesn't and the stuff he has is better than Jins.

Jun 30, 2021 · Devil Jin doesn't have Kazuya's bad poking, or Heihachi's bad lows, but he also doesn't have Kazuya's top tier block punishment, or Heihachi's top tier mids. Devil Jin also has an easy standing 15f launcher, and a proper WS launcher as well, so he's definitely easier to use in those regards as well. TL;DR: It's the players, not the character.
