Ichigo Kurosaki (黒崎 一護, Kurosaki Ichigo?) is the main protagonist of the manga and anime Bleach. After losing his Soul Reaper powers, Ichigo regained them two years later with the help of Urahara Kisuke.

Ichigo doesn’t actively use any Quincy abilities. Iirc, he states he’s not good at Absorbing Reishi, so he had to use contact with Yhwach’s Reiatsu to stir awake his hollow powers. As of now, Ichigo has no Quincy abilities, but he has the “potential” to utilize standard abilities, as with all Quincy.

After revealing himself as the manifestation of Ichigo's Quincy powers, Zangetsu states that he originally did not wish for Ichigo to become a Shinigami, and did everything within his power to suppress his true potential.
