The Hyptec SSR (Chinese: 昊铂SSR; pinyin: Hàobó SSR) or previously Hyper SSR is an electric sports car to be produced by Chinese automobile manufacturer GAC Aion and sold under the Hyptec premium EV brand beginning in 2023. The Hyptec SSR will be the first production 2-door supercar by GAC.

Since 1998, SSC North America has been pushing the limits of high performance production vehicles, claiming two top speed world records with the Ultimate Aero and Tuatara.

The Chevrolet SSR (Super Sport Roadster) is a retro-styled and retractable hardtop convertible pickup truck manufactured by Chevrolet between 2003 and 2006. During the 2003 and 2004 model years, the SSR used General Motors' 5.3 L 300 hp (224 kW; 304 PS) Vortec 5300 V8. [2]
