I have done resets for Eevee outbreaks near medali as well with normal encounter sandwiches with very little success. The only outbreak I got was in the city so only like 2 to 3 spawned :/

It was reprinted in 2021's Celebration, this reprints features a pikachu head unlike the original print, which is very expensive.

Umbreon - the regular one just has dangerous colours that also make it look regal, whilst there is something decidedly mystical about the Shiny one that really makes you think of the moonlight. The Shiny one is named Lunae Lumen (moonlight), and was caught during a Mass Outbreak in Alfornada Cavern in a Net Ball.

Dec 17, 2022 · This is how I got mine too. I ate a dark shiny sandwich and went in that same cave at night for mine. Got 3 shiny sableye and 2 shiny umbreons on one sandwich buff. Was just riding around on the ground, it felt like less spawned on the rocks in there. Grats on your shiny umbreon too! One of my favorite shinies.
